Shipping & Returns
- Shipping cost is $8.00
- All orders over $150 ship for free
- Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday (excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays) to be processed and packaged before they are shipped.
- Expect to receive your package 2-3 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
- Shipments occur only on weekdays (Monday-Friday).
- Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Fridays, will be processed on the following Monday.
- Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
- Please expect shipping delays during site wide sales and during the holiday season.
- Sadie's is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time. Please contact your local carrier.
- All orders include tracking with delivery confirmation. Sometimes tracking information is not updated in a timely manner.
- If your tracking information states that your order has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local carrier. USPS 1-800-ASK-USPS or UPS 1-888-742-5877.

- Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your package.
- Local pick-ups: your items will not be eligible for return or exchange 14 days after your order is marked ready for pick-up. You will receive a notification that your order is ready for pick-up in original form via e-mail or text (Be sure to check your spam and junk folders).
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Which includes: pop up sales, SALE TAB, and discount codes 30% and more. No exceptions.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS: swimwear, athletic wear, jewelry, intimates, bralettes, leggings, bodysuits, and hats.
- Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
- Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the items.
- Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at email@example.com and forward photos of any damages.
- RETURN SHIPPING COST is the customer’s responsibility, unless a mistake is made by Sadie's
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

- Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return.
- Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
- Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
